Twin Cities barge worker Billy (Chris Mulkey, First Blood) enlists his buddy Eddie (John Jenkins, Loose Ends) to accompany him on a night time road trip in the dead of winter to visit his out-of-town, pregnant girlfriend Patti Rocks (Karen Landry, The Personals). Billy hasn't told her that he's already married with two children and cannot afford another child or the disruption to his life. Billy and Eddie call life as they see it.
