Cancellation policy
Some items in our store may be offered to you as a backorder or pre-order. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases.
Backorders and Pre-orders
When you purchase a backorder or pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. We will collect payment for backorders and pre-orders at the time of checkout.
You can cancel a fully paid backorder or pre-order that has not yet been fulfilled and we will issue a refund to your card. If the order has been fulfilled, then you can't cancel the order on your account, but you can reach out to us for any next steps. See our returns policy for more details on returns and refunds.
