American Bomber (DVD)

Dishonorably discharged, John Hidell heads to NYC with a history of an abusive childhood, an adoration of his half-brother, Jim, and a desire to be an Army Ranger in Afghanistan. He enlists but ends up in Arizona instead. Jim dies abroad. Hidell takes it badly, hospitalizing a sergeant and earning 6 months in the brig where he meets a sociopath who manipulates him into joining an extremist group.
