After surviving a massacre in Albania, Ilir is angry and out for revenge. He enters a Mafia-sponsored underground fight-club, the Blood Sport, where the fights are to death. However, now a mysterious killer armed with deadly blades targets the surviving fighters outside the arena. Now he must discover the motive behind the killer before the killer comes for him.
