The Road to Mandalay (1926) (DVD)

Chaney is one-eyed Singapore Joe, a tough hoodlum whose beautiful, virtuous daughter is unaware that he's her father. When his own ship captain wants to marry her, all hell breaks loose. Set in a steamy oriental locale. Chaney's makeup is unforgettable. Our edition was made from a grainy 16mm print of the only surviving film elements, running 38 minutes in length.
