Scrooged (Blu-ray)

Bill Murray stars in this hilarious and irreverent modern retelling of Charles Dickens' A Christmas Carol!

Frank Cross (Bill Murray) is a ruthless, cynical television executive whose ambition and selfishness have made him rich, powerful and thoroughly miserable. With Christmas approaching, Frank is determined to produce a spectacular live holiday broadcast, even if it means making everyone around him miserable.

But on Christmas Eve, Frank receives some unexpected visitors—the Ghosts of Christmas Past, Present and Future. Through a series of outrageous, frightening and often hilarious encounters, he's forced to confront his mistakes, rediscover the people he's pushed away and learn the true meaning of Christmas.

Directed by Richard Donner and featuring an outstanding cast including Karen Allen, Carol Kane, John Forsythe and Bobcat Goldthwait, Scrooged is a wickedly funny holiday comedy filled with supernatural surprises, sharp satire and Christmas spirit.
