Long Island Cannibal Massacre (DVD)

Police Inspector James Cameron is investigating several murders that have been carried out in a grizzly fashion. Eventually, the trail of carnage leads him to a group of cannibalistic lepers who rely on human flesh for sustenance. Led by their powerful king, the lepers refuse to go down without a bloody battle.
